gettin 217dps with conflags. 150-160ish in scorch. idr but i might have two 5%s in implant slots 8 and 9. havent looked in awhile. im not in very friendly space most of the time. thus the cloak is necessary. not for everyone though.

T1 Arbitrator -- Works just like a Vexor. Drones do all dps the work. T2 Pilgrim -- same thing as arbitrator only much better. T3 Legion dont forget to add gravity capacitor rigs to the arbitrator and pilgrim especially.
